    Late Period, Spotting, Pregnant?
Hi Everyone I'm new to this forum so please stick with me. I know this has probably been asked a million times but I am very confused and would like a little advice if possible?

I am 28 and have been trying to conceive since April 06. My periods are ALWAYS bang on 28 days. I last had a period on 20.12.06 which was normal. I flew back from Thailand on 23.12.06 and although I suffered a bit of jet lag, I think I ov'd at the usual time as I had the mucus (sorry Too much info) on the usual days.

I was due on my period on Wed last week 17.01.07, I was late but on Fri 19.01 I spotted slightly (although it only lasted half an hour and didn't even reach my underwear) the colour was brown.

I have since had no further spotting (until yesterday) and I have no pregnancy symptons. My breasts have swollen and I feel slight cramps but I'm not sure if I am imagining it.
I have done 4 negative HPT.

Yesterday 22.01.07 I began spotting (so lightly again it never made it down my tubes) it is now 24 hours later and the situation is exactly the same, the spotting does not appear to be getting any heavier, although it is still there very slightly (if I look for it).

I have told myself I am not pregnant as I do not want to get my hopes up, but this whole cycle has been very strange.

Does it sound as if I could be pregnant?

I would go get a blood test done to be sure. A doctors appointment may also be in order. It could be that (even though you are trying not to) you are getting your hopes up, and tricking your body into being late thinking you are pregnant. But, you could be pregnant, and it just hasn't shown up yet. It could also be the heavy traveling, or unnoticed stress. If you are concerned, see your doc, and get an exam. This way you will know for sure. Good luck
