We applied for my mum in EEA residence card(my husband is from Poland) while she was here on her visitor visa which got refused. She went back on time ( we were told she got 28days from the time we received the refusal letter) but she was given a letter saying she overstayed in the airport. I want her to visit us in two years time as a family visitor, what problem she would face? And how do I clearify with immigration that she did not overstay?
