I'm just want to ask how can I aproach the customer in a nice way of sending them a great letter to welcoming them to our resort?
Introduce yourself, tell them that you and your staff are available to them, give them some of the amenities and advantages of your resort, welcome them again and tell them that you are glad that they chose your resort.
