    No problem unless you're not allowed to leave NJ OR are to keep your PO advised of your current employment.

    Then you would be in violation.

    If so, the question boils down to whether the PO is going to find out about OP's new job. Maybe, eventually, if the PO asks if he's working, or to see his tax return, for example.
