I am willing to pay back whatever money I have to and do any amount of community service. Will I still have jail time I have a family I need to support

Can there be jail time, yes up to one year. Will there be, most likely there will be a large fine, one to three years probation, and you will need to repay all the money they claim you stole.

When you steal from an employer you face a harsher sentence than, let's say, stealing from a stranger.
