First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Get what done? The thread you posted under was about rebooting a PC because it was getting slow. One way to deal with the slowness is to restore to factory settings. To do that you need either the Recovery Disks or boot to a Recovery partition.

So basically we need more info from you as to what PC you have, what version of Windows, how old is it, What is the actual problem, etc.
