What is the statute of limitations on DUI/DWI
Hello Belmont:
The statutue of limitations begins when a crime is discovered and ends when someone is charged.
If you got drunk, drove, and got charged, the statute of limitations in your case ran about 10 minutes.

PS> (edited) It occurred to me that you asked your question because you never went to court, and you want to know when the warrant is going to disappear. Well dude, it's like I said. It ain't never going to disappear.
I am not familiar as to whether not crimes have an SOL in the USA.
However,
excon, some crimes here in Canada do have an SOL.
For summary offences, the SOL is 6 months.
There is no SOL for indictable offences (like sexual assault, murder, etc.)
Ive been trying to do something about it since 2009, my po in tx will not let me trvei to ne to take care or it and since I've never been to court the da want deal with it
