Is ARCHE pearl cream safe to use because I've heard that it does make u fair.It says that it does not contain mercury or hydroquinone but is it true?Does it have any side effects at all?if not how many times should I apply it for best results?plzzz reply soon.thankyou

Hi I have being using arche pearl cream for last 3years is really good for your skin well dats what I think because I use it stilll just before I go to sleep its brilliant I love it... in fact I got that on rite niow its great...
