What do you mean by immunity in the body relating to sperm?

I'm not completely understanding what you're asking.

Sperm is meant to do one thing, it's meant to penetrate an egg and begin life.

Sperm has nothing to do with your immune system, or acne, or any other skin outbreaks or issues in your body. It is a reproductive tool.
