Stomach pain, vaginal discharge, head ache, sniffles,?
Hi I need to know what is going on with me... I am on this birth control called depo Pravda and my last shot was Feb . I take it every 3 months . I don't have a period any more I only have spotting on the day I'm supposed to have my period. And that was last week. Well the last couple of months I have been having a lot of stomach pains and the doctors don't know what it is. But for the past couple of days I have been peeing blood. I haven't had an appetite. Ive been tired , constipated. And now I'm always hungry, always tired Ive been having head aches, constipated, and peeing blood, I'm sniffy.

OK I can't diagnose you and either can anyone on the internet but you have a lot of worrying symptoms, especially peeing blood, that's a big warning sign. You need to get yourself back to the doctor, get a different doctor if you have to, and makesure you tell him/her exactly all your symptoms, especially the peeing blood.

Its almost when you have your period when I'm in school the blood discharges in to my pants. I can't wear jeans because when I do I get sharp pains. But I don't get my period any more so I know its not that. The birth control I'm on stops me from having it but ever since I've had the stomach pains , they get as bad as to the point that I cry, I can't sit , and even when I stand it hurts.

Well this isn't right either, the injection possibly does not agree with your body. When women decide to go on birth control they sometimes need to try out a few different methods before finding one that's suit them. Almost everyone will experience side effects but you should not be in so much pain! I was on the depo myself for 4 years and I never once had any of these side effects. Maybe the pill or implant would suit you better. But figure all this out with your doctor or family planning clinic.

But I've been on this since October of last year... so I don't know if it that or if it the fact that I had unprotected sex before I got the depo shot... I'm not sure??

Oh I apologise, thought you were on it since feb. even if you were pregnant, you shouldn't be peeing blood, that could be a bladder or kidney infection and bad one at that, it would explain all the pains too, so best get yourself checked by the doctor.
