Im trying to remember this movie that I saw when I was a kid. I can only remember a few scenes like the girl dies in a car fire due to an accident and she can't get out cause either her brother or sister tied her shoes together and she comes back to haunt her family and kill them. I think there's a scene where she pushes her brother off the roof or tries to, and another scene where she's rolling a pizza cutter across the wall and cutting the phone lines. That's all I can really remember, if this sounds familiar to anyone or have title ideas that would be great
