I have DSL. Constant buffering.

Have you checked your speed for your service? Is it close to what it is rated for? Are you the only one in the house using it or are others too? What OS are you using ?

You can use a software called "Speedbit Video Accelerator"

Techniques for dealing with insufficient bandwidth while streaming videos:

• Give the video full access to the available bandwidth by not downloading anything else while the video is playing.
  
• If there is an option to download the video to the computer, do that and then watch it.
  
• With most streaming sites, the video can be started and then paused. The video will continue to download in the background with a progress indicator shown. When finished, the video can be played without interruption.
  
• Obtain faster DSL service.
