I asked this earlier in a response but it had me thinking. My boyfriend of a few months, often says things and I think he is joking but he purposely tries to make me jealous. )He loves Nikki Minaj and lets just say I am not as physically blessed as her.. lol) WHY DO GUYS DO THAT? This really bothers me and he likes that it effects me he truly seems to get a joy out of it. Even trying to smile when he sees pics of his ex and stuff then he studys me to get my reaction. Is he testing me? Does this mean that he is insecure?

When he is not doing that he is questioning me about whether dudes were trying get @ me when I was at school and insinuating things like how I have been talking to other buys and my exes, but I think he's joking. (I once heard that there is always a certain percent of truth to jokes) What do I make of this all?

Ignore it and rise above it. Be the mature one. (SOMEone has to be.)

Boys are so dumb. They'll literally do anything to get your attention. Next time he does that just joke around about an attractive famous man (there are so many to choose from) and see how he reacts. If he seems hurt by it then let him know that's how you feel. (obviously it bothers you). Now I'm not saying two wrongs make a right but maybe he doesn't realize it bothers you.

Haha, I was in this exact situation only my girlfriend would do it to me so saying things like "boys are dumb" isn't right. However, it did bother me at first but as the relationship progress (we are broken up now) I began to not care about it, and never thought anything of it. She would even tell me she thought guys I personally knew, were hot, and it didn't bother me.

He's dating you. Don't get jealous over celebrities because, if your looking for a guy who only has eyes for you, your going to spend an eternity searching.
