    Short sale--chapter 13
    I am in a chapter 13 and have been for three years. My home value has dropped really bad as every one else's. I owe more on the house than it is worth. Can you do a short sale while in 13? I have 2 years remaning. Or do I convert to a 7 and then do a short sale?

    Yes. As with any short sale, it's up to the holder of the mortgage.
