    Signing rights without permission
    My step aunty is private fostering me my mum still has full parental control, my aunty has seen a solicitor seeking to take my mum to court for residency order and full parental conrtol my step dad is my auntys brother and he is wanting to take me on holiday 29th may I would really like to go but my old passport has ran out, my mum is refusing to let me go, so she won't sign the passport forms is there anyway my step aunty can do it without obtaining my mums signature your sincerely chelsea aged 14 15 in June
