    Long wait for hot water
Ok, I have a new hot water heater ( one year old) but from day one, I have about a 60 to 90 second wait for the hot water in our bedroom master bath. It is fairly quick to the kitchen and even the other bath,

This bath was an addition 10 years ago or so but except for just getting the water out of the lines, taking time, any good suggestions.

    Hey Chuck,
You could loop a return line back to the heater with a recirculating pump and have constant hot water at the master bath. Regards, Tom
