I don't know what is wrong with me!
I don't know what is wrong with me recently (over the last year) I cry over stupid things even when people are helping me and being nice I always want to do things on my own I feel stupid and never talk about anything as I hate crying in front of people and drawing too much attention to myself I never used to be like this I never let things bother me and I was happy all the time. I also hate how I look I never used to care now I get more and more upset because Im not losing weight all I do is wear horrible baggy clothes that's all I feel comfortable in. I get angry at stupid things like people eating I just get this overwhelming rage I want to scream in there face! Even the thought of it makes me angry! Now I feel stupid writing this

It's not a stupid way to feel. Lots of women and even guys feel this way sometimes. How old are you? (That might make a difference.)

Have you talked with anyone about this?

Have you talked with anyone about this? If not, it's time to find someone and make an appointment. Talking it out would be a Good Thing.

It sounds like you have depression , not to worrie many people suffer from this and it can easily be handled with medication , counselling or therapy or all three. I seriously think you should go to the doctor and ask his/her advice but I'm sure they will say it's depression and you'll be on the mend in no time at all xxxx
