Venting a basement bathroom exhaust fan?
I certainly hope there are some very smart people on here who can help me. I am putting in a 3 pce bath in the basement of my ranch, there is no window so I must install a ventilation fan, my problem is that I have 2 ft overhang and a large deck at the back of the house where the bath is going so I won't be able to vent it out through the rim joist, does this mean I will have to punch a hole through my foundation? I really don't want to have to that? Help!

If Harold's drawing is like your situation you should be fine. Still fine even if you need to cut an opening through the ledger
