What answer are you expecting? I mean, by 'how much wind' are you referring to the wind speed?

Assuming you mean what wind speed can it sustain before it tips over - it's impossible to say. You need to tell us the surface area of the lift and the area of whatever is carried on top of the lift, and then we can make a rough estimate. But from a practical perspective - I suggest you ask the manufacturer this question.
