Hey i need help fast because i just joined the basketball team and im in middle school. 8th grade. Now don't get me wrong, but i love basketball. But nobody ever really taught me how to play. Our firt game is 1/30/07. And we are learning so many plays. And i have no idea what my coach is talking about. I need help on everything an 8h grader should know on basketbal.:confused:

First of all, you just need to take a deep breathe and calm down. As a coach of basketball myself, all a coach can ever ask for is two things... 1) You listen too your coach... and 2) You try your hardest.

Basketball is all about having fun, just keep trying hard, and the plays of basketball, and the skills involved with basketball will come with time...
