Hey I have been having severe nipple tenderness and just a little bit from the nipple is sensitive also. I'm not sure when I have to start my period its been irregular lately but my nipples have never been sensitive. I have just recently gained a little weight and felt sick a few times in the morning. I notice the weight gain almost a month and a half ago. But the other symptoms are recent. Can someone help me or give me an answer to what it going on with me? I want a baby but me and my fiancée have been really careful. He doesn't *** in me but on me. Does sperm travel? Please any advice would help!!

They won't travel from your stomach to your vagina, for example, but if he ejaculated to where it was at the vaginal opening, it is possible. Not likely, but possible.

However, do you engage in foreplay with his penis inside and then he pulls out to ejaculate? Or does he enter you after he has ejaculated? Either of these can lead to pregnancy as well.

Since you are having some possible symptoms, it would be wise to try a pregnancy test. Be sure that you follow the directions exactly.
