How to start a class action suit against my union

The judge will not let you without an attorney with some expertise in the field of practice (labor law probably).

You will hire an attorney, who will then find dozens and dozens of other people with the same or similar claim and ask the court to try them all together.

What makes you think you have a class to take action on?
