This question is about Los Angeles Rent Control and the RSO, specifically the term "further term of like duration with similar provisions". If you had a lease where management paid for water and the new management asks that you sign a new lease where YOU now have to pay for water along with a host of other fees, would that qualify as being outside similar provisions of my prior lease that did not include such fees?
