4 years ago I lost my two sons they were never abused or neglected but they were taken any way I had my daughter in may 2010 and got her back from the cps after 6 months of fighting real hard and the judge gave my daughter back. Now that my tubes came untied I can get pregnant again and the cps worker said if I have another child she is going to take it from me and she knows that I have full custody of my daughter can she take another child when I have regain my parental rights with one child I have shown them there is no danger to any child here and every time someone turns a lie in on me the cps don't show up to check anything so can they really take another child after I got a child back even though I lost my parental right 4 years ago??

If whatever the situation was is considered a danger to the child... yes they can. Its what they believe, have evidence of, and convince a judge of that matters after all.

In fact because of the previous incident you are under greater scrutiny than most people would be.
