My problem is the same as others - but the clip won't pull out enough to get the glass out? PLEASE help!?

Can you give us a link to "others" We have no clue which fixture you have.

Would you please attach some pictures of what is not working along with a description of what you are trying to do?

I hope you got this photo - mine is the same but with metal clips not white. Only 1 pulls out but not far enough to remove glass

Are you sure that all the clips are supposed to pull out? In some fixtures like this, you pull the loose clip down, swing it away from the lens and then slide the lens out. To replace, pull the loose clip down and out, slide the lens in and let the loose clip reseat.
