Yea umm I have this lump behind my ear.. not on my ear itself but on my head and its been there for about two months and it has recently swollen and is turning purple and I think there might be fluid in there and is beginning to be painful

If it is painful and discolored it is time to go to the doctor to have a proper diagnosis. Unfortunately we cannot give you a proper diagnosis over the internet since we are unable to do a physical exam.

It could be very minor as in a lymph node. But to be properly diagnosed, please make an appointment with your doctor.
