I was late on my rent and mailed my landlord all except for $100 of what I still owe she gave me a 3 day notice anyway if I have the rest of what I owe at my court date can she still evict me?
What state are you in?
Looks like you started two separate threads and they have been merged. If the landlord gave you a pay or quit notice. Then you should be able to pay in full, including late fees prior to your court date and have the request for an eviction order stayed. Had the landlord given you a 30 day termination notice instead, then paying up might not stop that.
If you have been chronically late, the landlord may argue against allowing you to stay. The court could go ahead with the eviction.
