It could be due to pregnancy, could be your body still adjusting to stopping the depo injections. Many women will have off cycles for months after the last injection (one of the potential problems with using depo).

You could see your gp about getting a blood test done or wait until next month, see if your period shows, and try another test at that time if necessary. The waiting would be hard, I know, so you could continue to try an occasional test every several days if you can't stand the wait. Be sure to follow the directions exactly.
