Hi, got a 97 honda accord se and my lighter assembly just pulled out with my lighter one day. I have to hold the core with my hand to pull out the lighter and the black plastic housing sort of just flops around. Anyone know why this happened. Had bad installers do my radio and figured it is their fault when they had it apart a year or so earlier. I guess I have to take my console apart and check if anything is broken? Not sure what to do here.

It should just have a nut on the back of it that keeps it tight. It could have come loose I have had this happen to me before but in a ford
