You hire an attorney and file for visits, you may have to file in the court where she and the child lives now.

What do you mean that the judge simply refused to order custody and visitation? Why?

How long have the mother and child been in Nevada? Had they been there when the judge refused to order custody?

Child Support and Custody are usually separate issues.(They can be connected if they are a part of a divorce though) Custody isn't ruled on at a child support hearing. Have you actually filed a motion seeking custody or did you just ask the judge at your child support hearing it he could make a custody determination?
