Leo, i recall the movie (have not seen it, only viewed trailers) ; the lead character is an italian jew (played by the same) who was at the academy awards (either he or the film was nominated for an award) and spoke there. I don't have my source book handy, so i can't give the exact title now. Thanks, jack

Leo, the title of the film i think is " Life is Beautiful "; i mispoke about the actor being jewish... he just plays a jew. His name is roberto benigni and he wrote, directed and played the lead role. I trust this was the data you required. Thankx, jack
