If I have been prosected for retail theft and put on probaton for a year and banned from the mall that the store is in for a year am I banned from this stores (jcpenney) sister store it was not mention at court of during my arrest. Can I go to the sister store

Probably, but why push it? If they violate you, you'll go to jail... Plus, I'll bet there are OTHER stores just like the sister store.

The sister store will probably have your information posted, along with your picture. That is the way that it is usually done. Why do you need to go to either one of these stores when there are so many more?
Also, remember that probation is serious. If you are arrested for any reason, you can do the original time. Which means that instead of being on probation, you could go to prison for a year. Don't risk it. It is not worth it.
