Hi , its really a serious matter , please I need anyone to guide me ,
This is the matter about car loan , I have taken a car loan , but due to some problem , I'm not able to give the loan , now I'm the defaulter in a bank , bank has complained against me to police and in court .
My family is living with me here in uae , there visa is expired . They can't go to pakistan , we all are stuck here ,
Please can anyone help regarding this matter , to guide me , as I can't afford the fees of the lawyer , I'm a patient of kidney , I don't have job , I'm not able to return the loan of the bank ,and the penalty against the overstay of my family , what should I do??

Where are you? You say you are stuck "here." Where is "here?"

If you can't pay the loan the vehicle will be repossessed and a Judgment will be taken against you.

I have no idea what "the penalty against the overstay of my family" means.

If u have a loan or credit card overdue, never enter to Dubai. On the spot they will arrest you. You will be helpless. I don't know how long you have to be in the prison. It depend on your loan amount

You are all from Pakistan? Why can't you go back (other than money for transportation)? No family to loan you enough to get home?
