I am thirteen years old, and is in a happy relationship and love my boyfriend who is eighteen... and we are not sexually active... and won't be for awhile... does that make it illegal... should we be together... should I stop talking to him... what do I do... I really want to be with him but I do not want to break up with him... plus we want to have kids later on

Legal, no issue, but I do wonder what a n ADULT has in common with a early teen CHILD!

As Ben said, its not illegal. There are no laws governing dating.

But I also agree with him that an 18 yr old has NO business being in a romantic relationship with a 13 yr old, sexual or not. Yes this is VERY wrong on many levels. A 13 yr old shouldn't even be dating one on one yet. What do your parents think about this? How long have you been "dating"?

He is an adult, you are a child. You don't have a true conception of what love is at this stage in your life. Clearly you have been discussing sex which, in itself is wrong for someone your age.
