Ok last Thursday I landed on someone's foot when I came down froma rebound heard 3 pops and it got all warm and swelled fast went to the e.r did x-rays no broken bones but I'm noticing tons of brusing inside and outside and behind my achillis and up the right side of my leg any ideas what has happened?

You may have a sprain. Apply ice compress, and then heat to stop the swelling. It will take a while to heal. If this doesn't feel better in another week, go to your local ER and see what they recommend you do, or go to an orthopedic surgeon for a second opinion.
