11yrs ago a man placed a single wide mobile home on my property. Has never returned for it. I have been paying all the taxes on it for these 11 yrs. Can I sale it without a title?

What taxes have you been paying, the personal property tax ? If so , how, where is the tax mailed and in whose name.

But since you are not the legal owner, no you can't just sell it.

You will first have to get legal claim to the mobile home,

File a lien for the tax monies you paid plus back lot rent. Ask a local mobile home park owner what they do about abandened mobile homes on their property.
