I am on an TN visa and my wife is is a non resident alien who lives in canada but travel with me in the US quite often.
I would like to know how should I declare my taxes since my wife does not have a US SSN or ITIN number.
Should I get my wife a ITIN number or SSN before submitting my taxes.

It is likely that filing jointly is the best option tax-wise.
