Is this a keloid?

I just removed my lip piercing because I noticed a lump of flesh growing behind it. And this is how it looks like now.

I am very terrified of keloids and really hope I don't have them but... I think I do. Can anyone confirm if this is a keloid?

Did you get rid of this ? Ihave the same thing on my lip piercing ihavent taken it out though
