I'm so happy I found this site! I also had the Methotrexate shot and I'm very concern that I may be pregnant again. (Only two weeks after the shot)
I started spotting on June 2nd, the Dr. could not find anything in the Uterus and no problems with the tubes. My levels went from 1400 to 1900 (two days later) Then, 600 and he gave me the shot on June 7th. (Bleed for about 8 days) On June 14th, levels at 60 then on June 21st levels at 20. He wrote me a script for birth control and said he would see me again on July 13th one last time to check my levels. He never told me how dangerous it could be for me to get pregnant, just to take my because when I started my period. My husband and I were together about 12 days after the shot and I was feeling better. I'm pretty sure I was ovulating around that time. Anyhow, I'm starting to feel pregnant again, my uterus is feeling really tight and I'm so worried.
