Well, I know I ask a lot of questions but its just in my nature. So I take loestrin 24 fe and the last four pills are iron pills. I missed my last 2 active pills, and me and my boyfriend had sex and didn't use a condom. My period,is suppose to come on Sunday but I woke up this morning and I have very light bleeding. Like you only see it when I wipe. I have this crazy headache and a stuffy nose. My back is killing me. What's wrong? Also, do some people get pregnant as,soon after they are off the pill?

But yes you can get pregnant even if you are on it, and take it perfectly, they are not 100 percent.

But if you mess it , it increases the odds of pregnancy.

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant right after going off the pill, as it is possible to get pregnant while taking the pill religiously. However, the chances are not great.

The symptoms you describe, aside from the spotting, do indeed sound like a head cold or a sinus issue.
