I sold a set of tires to a guy on craigs list I sent him pics over email and on craigs list total of 6 and he said we could met so he could look at them I drove 2 hours to him and he looked at the tires I got these tires for someone else to sale and by looks they had 90% traed left and were in good shape he is now telling me he wants his money back says tires are no good does he have a case I gave no warranty or said they were guaranteed either

Not really, if he looked at them before the sale, the photos were real. It would be better if on the sales paper work you wrote, as is, no warranty.

But just tell him no and that he can sue if he wants to.

So I have told him no refund and he keeps asking for my address and calling my phone I have all emails saved can I do anything to have him stopped on the harassment
