    The law when asking someone to leave?
    The house is in my name and has belong to me for `12 years he move in 8 years ago and we have been married 5 years but he sign papers to say he has nothing to do with my mortgage where do l stand when asking him to leave

    You file for divorce and as part of the filing require that he move out.
