    At 65 years old, I'm not sure I can give you any more advice than you already know lol. I bet YOU could teach ME something.

    Your best bet is to just follow your feelings and do what feels right. Don't stress about it, just let it go and let it happen naturally. Stressing about it is only going to make it harder to preform (no pun intended)
