    Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction
    My son is american citizen he is 7years old, his father since keep him since February without my autorizathion his father send me to cout for custody and visitations.
    The autorithies from Iceland send the order of the hague, to San Diego.

    Someone could explain to me how it works this?
    Can be posibble to have
    Orden de child abduction and ask for full custody?
    Also stop the paymens child support !

    What exactly protec the hague law?
