I stripped my hair colour to try and go blonde but it went flouresent orange, and because I couldn't go into town (it was seriously that bad) I had to get the cheapest hair dye from my local shop, which was a semi black which washes out n 24 washes. How can I get this out, its awful!? It doesn't suit my skin tone, its terrible, can I wash it 24 times to get it out? Please don't say go to a professional because I can't afford it, but some advice would be great! Xx

In order to go blonde, you must bleach your hair to yellow level and then apply a toner. If you're trying to achieve a brown color, then I suggest using a hair color remover, then re-color your hair. But if you want to go blonde, you will need to bleach your hair and apply the selected color.
