I have mildew coming out of my bath tub faucet and the shower head. How do I fix this?

Remove the shower head and soak it in a bucket of 1 part bleach and 4 parts water. Soak for an hour and rinse. Before reinstalling hold a sheet below the shower arm and run the shower water through the sheet, tell us if you collect anything.
