Yea your right but when you don't know how to keep your **** in your pants and stop making kids that you can not take care of what else your going to do. And when you have someone that actually want to take care of the child and treat her like she your everything. Hell the father don't even know if she is alive or if she had a roof over her head or even food in her tummy or even clothes on her back

First this is not texting, we type in full words and sentences here. Your posts are barely understandable.

Second, If you can prove the father is a danger to the child AND you have a HUSBAND willing to adopt you MAY be able to get his rights terminated. Since you really need an attorney to file the adoption petition your first step is to find an attorney who can tell you what the possibility is of getting the adoption done.

There is no way to "make him sign" the court can rule to allow another person to adopt if he is proven to be a danger to the child. Assuming the police was called and there is a record, most likely he was arrested for beating you up, plus you said beating "us" up, so if he harmed the child, and you had it in police record that will help

He can not just sign his rights away unless there is someone to adopt the child. But if he is a danger you can either get his visitation taken away at least but may get his legal rights taken to allow an adoption

And YOU slept with this guy. What does that say about YOU?

Unless you can prove he's a danger OR you've married and your husband is willing to adopt, almost no court will sever parental rights.

And by PROVE he's a danger, I mean police reports (current), restraining orders, pictures of abuse or neglect, etc. NOT that he yells or ignores her--that's being a jerk, it's not placing her in danger.
