Get a pregnancy test from the store and find out. We have no way of knowing whether you're pregnant only your hormones know.

Did you take a blood test at the doctor's office? What did the doctor tell you at that point?

You I've had blood test done and it said negative and my doctor told me it was because my weight but I've never had problems before with my period because of my weight and I'm still having the symptoms of pregnancy.

Are you at a healthy weight? Has your weight or diet changed at all in the past few months? Did the doctor make any recommendations for lifestyle changes?

I'm overweight but my diet hasn't changed in the last few months. He told me to lose weight. I've had some of the symptoms of pregnancy, like the nausea, back pain, cramps, missed period, headaches, spotting, and I've been eating a lot more. I feel like I'm hungry all the time.

The thing about pregnancy symptoms is that they're the same symptoms for pms, the flu, and a number of other things. And if you've been eating more, are you sure you haven't gained weight? Go back and talk to your doctor about healthy weight loss strategies. And make sure that they've ruled out other possibilities in case it's not the weight.

No I haven't gained weight. A couple a weeks ago they thought it was my liver or my galbladder. So they did an ultrasound and everything came back good with those. I haven't been back to the doctor since the ultrasound. I keep getting this weird fluttering sensation in my stomach, not sure what it is, but one of my friends thinks I'm pregnant because she said she had all the same symptoms when she found out she was pregnant with her daughter.

You definitely need to go back to the doctor. And don't let them send you away until they either have some answers or a concrete plan on how to get some answers

You well I've tried talking to my mom about it and she keeps saying I'm not pregnant because I have pregnancy test and a blood test done and all came back negative, could I still be pregnant if they were negative. I have this weird feeling that I am pregnant.

It would be unusual not to have a positive result by this time if you were pregnant. Your weight very well could be a reason for your irregular cycles. As the name implies, you can't expect them with any regularity so not having one for a few months may be part of that.

The ultrasound as well would have picked up a pregnancy at this point.

With irregular cycles, and weight concerns, you may want to ask your doctor about looking into the possibility of it being due to PCOS.
