    I've replaced the fuel pump fuel filter and fuel injectors car has new spark plugs spark plug cables and alternator, distributor new radiator any one got a clue

    Does the CEL come on and go off after 2 seconds consistently, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II)? If not, the ECM may be intermittently failing.

    And are you getting any spark during this 5 min extended cranking period?

    The problem, then, is likely with the distributor. Be aware that over 50% of new aftermarket distributors for Hondas don't work at AMHD. The remainder that do work are usually not reliable. Try and substitute another distributor.

    I only recommend genuine Honda distributor housings, where it's okay to install aftermarket ICMs and coils to keep the cost down.
