Conderser fan motor quits on thermal overload
IT runs for about three or four min. and quits. The old motor would not run at all it's a new motor and capacitor. The contact voltages checked good. The only thing left is the thermister and the control board. The thermister does get pretty warm. Please help

After a visual on the unit it was determined the individual had wired the run and common from the motor together to the common on the cap. The motor was wired incorrectly.

Verify that the new motor is wired correctly, and the capacitor for the fan motor is good & correctly sized.
